Boston Mayor Advocates Police State

Boston, Mayor Thomas M. Menino openly advocates suspension of the Constitution and substitution of a police state. Immediately after re-election Menino announced his intention to suspend prohibitions against unreasonable search and seizure. You can read about it in the Boston Herald.

Mayor suggests summit, searches to stem flow of illegal guns

Guilty until proven innocent is the new order of the day in the mind of Boston Mayor Menino. If the people of Boston give a damn about the freedoms their forefathers fought for, they will initiate recall proceedings immediately.

Benjamin Franklin Said It Best

Benjamin Franklin said it best: "They that can give up essential liberty to obtain a little temporary safety deserve neither liberty nor safety."

Well, the liberal moonbats in San Francisco have pretty much signed their own death warrants. 58% of voters elected to give up their 2nd Ammendment rights and give criminals the upper hand in their fair[y] city:

San Fran Voters Approve Handgun Ban

LiberalPolicyFailure.org would like to laugh in the face of these misguided fools, while reminding them that in the 15 years after DC imposed it's 1976 gun ban, murder went from 26.8 murders per hundred thousand citizens to 80.6 per 100k. The murder rate TRIPLED. The gun ban was instrumental in allowing Washington, DC the proud honor of being dubbed the "Murder Capital" of the country.

DC's Disastrous Crime Rates

LiberalPolicyFailure.org salutes the moonbats of San Francisco for their decision to take on Washington DC for the Murder Capital championship title. We also shout out a big hello to all the criminal elements in San Fran. Your 'job' just got a thousand times easier. The government is going to disarm all of your victims for you.

Congratulations on your soon to be defenseless populace!

Go hog wild!

To Congress: Please Target D.C. Gun Laws

Congress, led by the honorable Mark Edward Souder is trying to restore the constitutional rights of the subjects of the District of Columbia. Here we have a liberal moonbat (i.e. a Washington Post editor) railing against him:

Post Editorial

This editorial has everything: bullshit statistics, factual inaccuracies, fear mongering, you name it! The only thing it doesn't have is any basis in truth, understanding, or responsible journalism. The Washington Post is a rag of a liberal mouthpiece - 'editorial' or not, they have so far strayed from unbiased reporting that it cannot even be called a newspaper any longer. It is just one more outlet for whinging moonbats.

LiberalPolicyFailure.org encourages Congress to override the unconstitutional District of Columbia gun ban and fascist registration requirements. Congress: please disregard the Washington Post editorial for the tripe that it is. Congress: please realize that the people of Washington, D.C. never voted on the gun ban, it was forced upon them by tyranical and treasonous leaders. Congress, spank the fools who run DC, for they seem to have the asinine impression that they can pass any law they want with impunity. Congress: please remind the enemies of freedom in DC of that little document called the Constitution. Congress: please remind the tyrants in DC that the freedoms of the people aren't theirs to take!

To whatever jackass editor at the post wrote this feces, LiberalPolicyFailure.org has a bit of advice: if you fear guns like the liberal pantywaist that you are, don't buy one, but remember this: Your First Ammendment Freedom Was Won By Citizens With Guns. Thank them, and stay the hell out of their way.

Cowardice Pays Off for the French

Well, actually, it doesn't. After several years of anti-war, anti-America, anti-Israel policy, and all around cow-tow practice in the face of the Islamist threat, the liberal cowards running France have reaped nearly two weeks of Muslim immigrant violence in their own cities. But of course you can't really blame the sorry cheese eating surrender monkies for this one. This is all down to the immigrants actions. To place the blame elsewhere is to deny personal responsibility. Come to think of it, that's a favorite policy of liberals as well. So, while you can't blame the frogs for the current events, you can certainly snicker at them for being surprised at these developments. They welcome them to France, put them on the government dole, and this is the thanks they get? Now that's gratitude! The only good thing to be said about this is that the stupid Muslims are burning their own neighborhoods, so at least the real French people won't suffer quite so much for their governments failure to stand up and stop the riots - well, aside from having to write the checks. If the violence spreads, however, this could get very, very, ugly. Like all liberal regimes, the French government has left their citizens essentially defenseless through onerous gun control. So, when the mobs come to town, the people will be left with three choices: run, praise Allah and convert to Islam, or die. I feel for them, I'm not much of a runner. If there are any members of the French resistance still alive, it's time for them to start teaching their children a few lessons from the past - before it's too late.

Eleanor Holmes Norton: Proud to Violate the Civil Rights of Her Subjects

Here in her own words, you can read about how proud Eleanor Holmes Norton is to violate the civil rights of her subjects:

http://www.norton.house.gov/issues2.cfm?id=10896

The Constitution means nothing to this tyrant. I was at this anti-rights hate rally. She is despicable. If Eleanor Holmes Norton thinks her subjects don't need protection, perhaps she should lead by example and give up her 24/7 armed protection. She could even earmark the tax money saved for the defenseless victims of her Liberal Policy Failure.

God forbid the good citizens of DC should be allowed to defend themselves.
DC: run by criminals for criminals. Just the way the Democrats want it.

Read about the defenseless subjects of the DC government here:

DC: Bring Us Your Broken Families

In it's infinite wisdom, the DC Council has seen fit to set the age of emancipation at 21. Of course, what this means is that any single mother within 100 miles has the grand incentive to move to DC and collect child support for an extra 3 years while sapping at the teat of DCs social welfare system.

<http://www.csed.dcgov.org/faq_file.shtm>

Any single Mom who doesn't move to DC is a fool.

DC Council Spanked for Getting Out of Line

Once again, the courts have had to reign in the rulers of Washington, D.C. This time the foolish little bureaucrats tried overstep their authority to tax commuters. You can read about it here:

Court Rules Against District Commuter Tax

Of course, this kind of behavoir is typical of the petty tyrants running D.C., who regularly ignore the US Constitution and treat the citizens of D.C. as subjects. Thankfully the Supreme Court saw fit to spank these mis-behaving children in this case.

Interestingly, city leaders used DC's onerous tax burden (appx 3 times the surrounding community) to make their case. Sadly, the massive waste, fraud, and abuse that characterizes nearly every facet of the D.C. government seldom earns their attention. One can only wonder how many taxpayer dollars were wasted in pursuit of this groundless court battle.

Harry Reid, a Man of Character

Well...a man of poor character anyways.

I offer this quote:

"Still, Mr. Reid said he does not count Mr. Bush out. He said he learned that lesson in eighth grade when a new boy showed up in his hometown of Searchlight, Nev.
'The first thing I did was pick a fight with him.'"

from the Washington Times.

Harry Reid, as much a gentleman now as when he was a child. Did I say 'was'?

Liberals Say the Funniest Things

Here, we present some choice quotes from a Nov 1 chat at Washington Post Online. These gems come from readers concerned about Supreme Court nominee Alito:

<The Chat>

"Fairfax, Virginia: Given that Alito appears to be a conservative's conservative who would end the era of 5-4 decisions..."

Uh, looks like someone skipped one too many remedial math classes.

"Cass R. Sunstein: I don't think this catchphrase -- "no legislating from the bench" -- has any clear meaning. It might be code, meaning: Conservative!"

Actually, it has a crystal clear meaning. It means applying the law as written (otherwise known as being a good judge) as opposed to re-interpreting the Constitution to fit your own personal agenda. Also, for the record, overturning bad precedent and unconstitutional law isn't "judicial activism". Chuck Schumer, are you listening?

"Arlington, Va.: Would a strict constructionist judge rule that it is constitutional for a state to dictate specifically how I raise my children? How I must feed them, when they should be in bed, what type of discipline is allowed etc.? As far as I know there is no mention of this in the constitution."

OK, this one isn't all that funny in and of itself, and I even get the point (upon reflection, this person could be a closet Libertarian, and not even know it). That said, it does become funny when you realise the Constitution doesn't actually say anything about the 'right' to a job, or a home, or health care, or any number of things liberals want it to say. When you think about that, the statement becomes pretty funny in a liberals are morons sort of way.

And by the way, the answer to this persons question is 'yes'. So be careful who you vote for in state elections!

"Philadelphia, Pa.: Where is the outrage that President Bush did not appoint a female to replace Sandra Day O'Connor -- even after Ms. Miers?"

I ask you: What could be more sexist than insisting he nominate a woman?

Liberals insisting on a 'diversity' pick, should sit down, shut up, and be careful what they ask for. Can you say "Janice Rogers Brown" boys and girls? Come to think of it, if Stevens does kick the bucket, she'd be the way to go!
