Barry has "No Animosities" and No Brains

Yesterday, Liberal Policy Failure suggested that Marion Barry would learn absolutely nothing from being robbed at gun-point. Little did we know that Barry himself would prove us correct beyond a shadow of a doubt.

"I have no animosities," Barry declared. "I don't even want you prosecuted, really. I love you. Give yourself up. Call the police. . . . I will do all I can to advocate non-prosecution."

The one thing that makes a difference when trying to reduce crime is taking criminals off the streets. Marion Barry openly states that he will do what he can to make sure the criminals who robbed him are not prosecuted. What a fool. Marion Barry: making DC more dangerous for everyone.

Predictably, like moronic liberals everywhere, he chooses instead to blame inanimate objects for crime. Yet again he called for stiffer penalties for gun possession. It is unclear how this idiot thinks stiffer penalties will make a difference when he openly advocates non-prosecution! At this point it is plainly obvious that Marion Barrys' years of drug abuse have fried his brain.

What would stiffer penalties for 'possession' of a firearm accomplish? You can kill someone with a baseball bat, but there is no penalty for possession of a baseball bat. You can kill someone with a crowbar, but there is no penalty for the possession of a crowbar. How is 'possession' of a firearm even a crime? It's just more liberal stupidity. Until these brainless fools get serious about taking criminals off the streets for the crimes that they commit, DC will continue to be a haven for criminal behavior. Marion Barry fried his brain on drugs and the defenseless people of DC are made to suffer for his toxic stupidity.

Marion Barry needs to resign from public office to make way for someone with the brains to actually make a difference in the community rather than advocate non-prosecusion of the very behavior that is destroying it.
